But at Ceramics Sculpture Studio, you are not guided by an instructor. This isn’t just about learning a technique—though you will learn that too. It’s about learning to see. To pay attention. To notice the quiet language of form and space. The curve of a pot. The tension between the handle and the body. The negative space in between. These are things an untrained eye simply cannot see.

Sometimes a piece comes out slightly off-centre, a little uneven, a little wild. And yet it holds more life, more truth, than something perfectly made. For over ten years, Cosmin has been guiding students of all levels in working with clay. Each class draws directly from his own experience as a ceramic artist, combining hands-on techniques with a thoughtful, personal approach to help students develop their skills and enjoy the process of creating.

Classes and Workshops are designed to support individual progress, encourage experimentation, and make learning pottery enjoyable and fulfilling. The focus is on hands-on guidance, attention to detail, and helping each student discover their own approach to working with clay.

The studio is located in a historic Victorian warehouse in the heart of West Hampstead. The space provides a calm, hands-on environment where students can explore their creativity and develop their skills under expert guidance.
